Lead Researcher (m/f/d)

About the company

We are a Germany-based digital company focused on efficient web solutions. Within 24 hours of first contact we build an almost complete demo website for prospects. To support our sales team we are looking for lead researchers who identify and prepare potential target customers.

Your tasks

• Research potential customers via Google Maps and industry listings
• Collect and structure relevant business details inside our sales tool
• Pre-qualify leads based on our criteria
• Ensure every record is complete, accurate and ready for outreach
• Collaborate with the sales team to constantly improve lead quality

Your profile

• Experience in online research or lead generation is an advantage
• Confident user of Google Maps and digital tools
• Highly motivated to deliver measurable results every day
• Good English skills
• Reliable and self-driven work style
• Technical basics (laptop, browser, online tools)
